MassHousings's files on the Capital Group 40B Site Approval Application

Last month I asked MassHousing for a copy of Capital Group's 40B application -- they sent me all the files they had.  I just received it and haven't looked through it all:  some of it looks like it might be higher resolution copies of what's available on the town website, and some files weren't familiar to me.  You can look through it here:

  On Friday, town hall released the first public draft of the "Town of Lancaster FY25 Budget".   It includes an 8% hike in town payroll expenses, and a few mysteries.   Right now there's a $1.3 million gap between what this budget allocates for the Nashoba school district,  and what the school district said they'd assess Lancaster in their budget presentation last week.
